History

Department of History

The history department has been running since 2019 in our college. The modern academic environment challenges our students to study the past and present using the most innovative methodologies and theoretical frame work a global perspective in order to produce new knowledge and ground breaking research in the field of history.

History education become fruitful, meaningful and goal-oriented, when opportunities are given to students to utilize their creative talents and the training give is meant to achieve academic society restructuring of curriculum is aimed at encouraging the students to view their culture through perspective of time and change.

The department students visit various historical places for extending their knowledge. In addition to this the department organizes the workshops, seminars, guest lecturer and personality development programme, add-on courses every year to cater the need of students, the department entrust the students with placements, career opportunities and higher studies.
