Department of Visual Communication

The Department of Visual Communication started in 2019. Its three-year degree prepares students for jobs in the visual media industry (photography, film, television, design and advertising) while keeping the depth of a university degree. Students learn the knowledge, technical skills and critical thinking to take on key roles in a fast-changing industry.

Vision: to be an excellent department for visual media education and production training that inspires creative people.

Mission: to give students and working professionals high-quality, well-rounded education and training in media studies, and to improve their chances of getting jobs.
